In the last three days, the sequel posts titled "The Efficient Mac", we saw the distinction between efficiency and hard work. Often hard work is celebrated, but efficiency has a certain simpleness to it. This "simpleness", however, should not be confused with "easy". It's not easy to achieve this simplicity. It, in fact, takes a great degree of discipline to achieve this simplicity.
In this simplicity lies a slowness, something that is quite satisfying. It doesn't give instant gratification but gives a deep sense of satisfaction.
Take a moment to realise the distinction between the time when you worked hard and the time when you worked immersed and efficient.
