After the act of catharsis, we empty ourselves. From an empty field, the consequences are the resultant of them right now, and not emerging from our past or the future.
Cathartic writing may sound a descriptive way to write what we are thinking right now. Surprisingly it has the potential to (re)create from a space of nothingness. Attempting to describe this creation is a futile exercise. One can simply experience it. To live this experience, try for yourself that act of morning journaling as a catharsis to begin the day from an empty space, and find what gets created.
P.S. If you have not read yet, read through the posts from this week to understand the what and how of cathartic writing and the potential and benefits it has to offer.
