Emotional Courage and Writing

Everything they say gets created twice. Once in the mind (thoughts) and then in reality. I would like to say it gets created thrice. In between mind and reality, it can get created in our writings.

Writing not only gives clarity to thoughts and ideas but is also an opportunity to build confidence and courage abound that thought. Especially when it comes to difficult conversations and challenging situations we tend to struggle to manage our emotions. This leads to unwanted conversations and undesired outcomes. Many of which are irreversible and the damage can be beyond repair.

A very good idea to deal with difficult conversations is to design them.

A very good idea to deal with difficult conversations is to design them. First in the mind but more importantly by writing them on a paper. Writing brings clarity and gives access to moderate / regulate the sensitivity, relevance, impact, effectiveness and completeness of the topic to be communicated. It also helps practice what is to be shared and thus acts as a role-play before the actual "Show". Emotional Courage gained by defining conversations can help achieve things that were previously difficult to think about.
