We are all running around and doing our job in this busy world. Many times we neither find a pause nor consciously take one (it’s usually the latter). How often have we really paused to acknowledge and be grateful to parents, spouse or partner, siblings, friends, our education, our work or profession, the moments while growing up, life or even this pause in itself?
In this space of being absent to acknowledgement and gratitude, we often tend to take things for granted. We forget the fact that we are breathing and that we are alive.
Gratitude is a personal, innate and an internal experience. It is an opportunity for us to connect with the self to be in union with the world outside.
Gratitude here is not a moral act, neither it is about throwing a positive spin on our situations and circumstances. Gratitude is a personal, innate and an internal experience. It is an opportunity for us to connect with the self to be in union with the world outside. Gratitude helps one realise that what appears to be outside is all within themselves. Gratitude is an internal experience.
