This week we've seen that failure is not an individual but an event. The emotions of shame, fear, anxiety and other similar emotions associated with failure, therefore, are uncalled for. Once we could look at failure as an event, we can observe that failure is bound to occur any time we will challenge the normative. In that regards, we need not fear it, but face it with grace. One should maintain their integrity despite the hurdles and challenges and remain aligned with their intent. And, this is most certainly not from a moral standpoint. The ones who maintain integrity retain the possibility of surpassing their own limitations. Failure merely becomes a stepping stone. And, therefore one needs to also learn to celebrate their failures...
