How to bring my belongingness to an organisation?

What is (an) organisation? It is an act of getting things in order, and it is a place when one brings things into order and makes it consistent, of a particular moral. Personal and professional ethics are respected, and it has an intent, a greater purpose. It is a guiding star.

But, in both these, there is a certain sense of order. Yet, there is an undefined grain that requires our effort to make it an (act of) organisation.

This is why one sticks in a company for decades while the other hops the jobs every two years hoping to find this sense.

In this action, (even when realising the organisation's noun, when we bring an effort) there is a sense of total awareness. One finds their purpose and the drive within comes naturally. This is why one sticks in a company for decades while the other hops the jobs every two years hoping to find this sense.

The thing is that one cannot find this sense by looking at the organisation. They can only do so by bringing their reasons consciously aligned and becoming aware of themselves. The onus of becoming a part of an organisation lies on us, not on the organisation to make it yours. The latter will automatically happen when we take care of earning ourselves with the organisation, with the larger intent, the higher purpose. In this journey, there is an experience of slowness. There are no fears, worries, apprehensions, biases or debates. There is acceptance, belongingness, and a sense of oneness and union, bringing a sense of ownership and responsibility.
