When there is an experience of wisdom, the world around just stops. You are completely in aww. You are in connect with the reality; you are in connection with your own self. There is a moment of realisation. And, perhaps that is why wisdom has always been understood in our language with a certain mystical character and an aura like image is created in our mind.
Wisdom lies in the emptiness of our being.
Yesterday, in the clearing we erased the imagery that is associated with the word "wisdom". Today, we're recreating that image, but it's something that is very simple. Each one of us at some point of our life have experienced wisdom. It may not have been a sustained wisdom - like the great monks and the masters would have. But it is a sort of wisdom that we inherit (as children). It is just that we are not present to it consciously. One does not have to achieve wisdom, it is already there. We simply have to perceive and experience it. In this context, one cannot be in pursuit of wisdom; one cannot chase and find wisdom. Therefore, there's not going to be a day when one can say that they have achieved wisdom. And if one says so then that is it, because that's the day when that wisdom will disappear. Wisdom lies in the emptiness of our being. Only when we keep aside our reasons, apprehensions, biases and already known things or situations, wisdom becomes available and accessible.
