Imagine a factory that produces keys for setting machine precision. But, unfortunately, this factory is facing a peculiar challenge. The settings of the machine which produces the setting keys are incorrect. Due to this, the outcome products (the setting keys) from this machine are faulty. Now you may say it's simple, rectify the settings of the machine and fix it. But, because the machine is damaged, which produces the key, and there is no other key. So to fix the key, we need to fix the machine and to fix the machine, we have first to get the keys fixed.
It is the same with our minds. The solutions to calm the mind are coming from a disturbed mind. There is no problem out there; the solution we have are the reason for all our problems. If we keep the solutions aside, then there is no problem to fix.
