It is not about finding wisdom in slowness. In fact, the whole experience of being in slowness is itself wisdom. Therefore, wisdom, in this context, is not about knowing many things or having ideas or knowledge or tricks as such. It is about the experience of being in the moment. And in experiencing each of these moments as they are, there is an experience of slowness. That is wisdom. It is about knowing who you are at this point in time and just being that.
A cockroach is being a cockroach. But being aware that it is a cockroach and simply being with that makes it more than a cockroach.
