Motion-picture

Motion-picture is a word/ phrase that has come to mean a film made by photographing a series of images that run fast enough to create an illusion of movement.

Take a single picture from that film, and you see a frame paused, the action within a sequence is frozen in time. Being is a sequence of many such frames that are running through our life constantly, with each frame seldom comprehended but is part of a film that we are running. But each frame is, in fact, the one's being at that moment. It is only when one observes their own self, they can notice their life passing in each moment, moment by moment. That is when the realisation of 'being' comes. That is when the 'I' seizes to exist and the 'being' becomes apparent.
