How do I generate energy, to do anything I want to do? Yes, energy can neither be created nor be destroyed. So what is the source of energy?
The source of energy is in the intentions. It comes from the purpose we create for ourselves and our life. Once there is purpose in place, based on that purpose an intention gets established. Just having an intention is not enough to generate energy. All the intentions have to come out in the form of actions. This action plan is a story of what you are up to. A story of what you are up to generates energy. So the generation of energy happens to form my willingness to fulfil my intentions. It comes from my eagerness to create a new reality.

Once there is energy, a new journey begins. There has to be continuous fueling to be done though in order to keep the light burning. If left on its own, the energy will dissolve and the purpose will be lost. Thus unfulfilled intentions create a burden on the mind and thus stops us from taking new initiatives, and coming up with new intentions. So it is critical to have a system in place which ensures that the required energy for completion of a purpose is in place, always. It is the systems you build around your purpose that keeps the energy high. As James Clear says, “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems."
