For the last three posts, we saw how the illusion of free will operates. The inputs for our actions, reactions, emotions, and behaviour are similar to computer software programming. So, can we reprogram the software? Of course, and in most cases, we can.
Some of the ways one can reprogram are by observing our current habits and being mindful about ourselves and our environment.
Some may use self-hypnosis, and others may opt for the path of meditation and mindfulness.
That said, this choice of path is also not based on free will.
