The catch

When we catch ourselves in the act of our biased views, that while we see moments - our recurring moments - with a biased view, we can see that we're driving this brand new moment by a preconditioned thought. Initially one might have to make a conscious effort to view with a newness at these recurring events. And the catch is to do so consistently. In doing so, we truly bring the ability to create something new even in our (so-called) 'banalness'.
