Throughout this week, we discussed the things that may not go well because of the uncertainties of life in our posts. The latest podcast (check the podcast tab) also has a conversation about an insect's life and the uncertainties of life not going the way we expect.
There is another side to the uncertainties also. It is when things come to us as a surprise. When we get in touch with new possibilities which either never occurred to us before or may always be in dreams, those "happy" uncertainties too are offered by life. The wondering thing brings to us is not once in a while or a once in life opportunities. If we are open to seeing, hearing, and observing things around us, life is full of wonders. Isn't the rising of Sun a wonderful event which one can enjoy every day of our life? No matter what the circumstances around you are, you can still wander the blooming of flowers, the flowing of streams and rivers, the waves in a sea, the music of birds, the sparkling of stars.
Often, we get so much lost in the transactions of life that we stop living to the wonders around us. We stop enjoying the beauty of day and night, the surprise of unseasonal rainfall, and the magic of the colourful sky as if done by a painter. When we accept and acknowledge the uncertainties of life, we transcend suffering. We are relieved at one level and liberate at another.
