The last section of "Day End Questions" is a To-do list. The things covered here are those which I consider being important for my self. I choose which activities to be added and how do I do them. I also make sure that these are the things that are consistent. It is not about transactional tasks like an electricity bill payment or submission of some report. It is more towards a deeper understanding of myself and related to my personal growth.
These activists which I have added are not large in numbers but the impact of doing those on a daily basis is highly rewarding. I have two main activities followed by a check box to ensure I have used my capture tool And the two activities I am interested in are the Mindfulness exercise and daily walking.
I also want to add one more activity to this list which is connected to skill-building using deliberate practice.
