In the vast stretches of the empty area between planets, stars and moons there is an abundance of energy. Even in the most of deep spaces which are clod and dark, energy exists.
Why then in some rooms, some places and some spaces we feel no energy. Let's take a work setting. The meetings we all attend both physically, and now, even virtually. You can see the absence of energy at times in those meetings. Why is there no energy? Or let's say the kind of energy required for the space to open up for ideas, actions, plans and conversations is missing.
One reason for this can be that most of the energy is withheld by the participants within themselves. There is a background score playing in the mind about the meeting or the people involved in the meeting. This incompleteness within creeps into space, and thus the energy of the space is contaminated or dissipates. This enthusiasm, apathy is also contagious. Suddenly, the entire room gets void and sucks whatever energy that is left in that space.
Using vibrant colours, designing collaborative spaces and infusing brightness with light can be a good attempt to enhance the energy of a space. But if the mental space is lacking energy then it is difficult to avoid it from engulfing the entire physical space. Here lies the power of communication. The best way to ensure energy levels of space is to communicate and close all the incompleteness within ourself and with those around us. Completion with others can be achieved by an open conversation. Being authentic about the tension, sharing, accepting, forgiving and by seeking forgiveness one can complete with another. For completing with oneself, one of the ways is to write about the incompletion. Writing about the emotions, feelings, tensions and acknowledging oneself. This can bring completion with oneself. This can lead to a full expression of who the person you are. The energy of space is not a function of vibrant colours, it is the function of one's complete self-expression.
