Wake-Up & Smell the Coffee

Coffee and Tea for me are my 'me time' rituals. I have gone to the extent of creating my own little space - a tea & coffee bar, or as I call it the Toffee Bar at home! It has a variety of herbal teas, coffee beans, filter, bean grinders, teapots, French press...

When we speak of coffee, depending on the blend, beans and flavours, a coffee has many different aromas to it. Thus coffee gives varied sensory experiences and the sensory experts have created profiles based on the aromas and flavours. Aromas and Creation based on different fragrances of coffee? Each note can create a unique day, and each time in a different way. It is just a game to play.

Creation gives us a way of being able to anchor our day to that intention. For example, one can start the day with a Flowery - Floral aroma coffee and create a day of celebration and joy. In the due course of the day when you stop celebrating, then what else other than a fragrant coffee be a good anchor to remind you of celebration? That'll certainly trigger the joy back.
